Membership Acknowledgment

Effective April 27, 2026

This acknowledgment is signed at the moment of enrollment as a Member in an Adpool pool. The Host's legal identity is automatically incorporated into your record and stored immutably.

1. Host Identity

I hereby confirm my enrollment as a Member of the pool administered by:

2. Acknowledgments

By enrolling, I acknowledge and accept that:

  1. My enrollment is governed by the terms published by the Host identified above.
  2. My access to the pool is a limited license valid while I remain an active Member.
  3. Adpool acts as the operating platform; my economic relationship is directly with the Host.
  4. I have separately reviewed the Adpool Member Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  5. The Host identity stated above corresponds to the official information registered in Adpool at the time of my enrollment.

3. Locked Host Identity

The Host's legal identity registered in Adpool cannot be modified unilaterally by the Host. Any change to legal name, address, or legal email requires intervention and validation by Adpool. This protection preserves the consistency of agreements entered with Members.

4. Audit Record

This acknowledgment is recorded with:

  • Snapshot of the Host's legal identity at the time of acceptance
  • Exact date and time
  • IP address and user agent
  • Document version accepted

If the Host modifies their legal identity in the future (subject to Adpool validation), your acknowledgment will continue to reflect the identity in effect at the time of your enrollment.
